Unist is a manufacturer of precise fluid dispensing systems for both metal cutting and metal forming as well as many other specialty applications where needing a precise amount of fluid at the right time is required. For metal cutting, Unist manufacturers Near-Dry spray systems that apply a very small amount of a high performance oil onto a tool that is then absorbed in the cut. This allows the process to run without coolant or “Near Dry”. Unist’s other major product line is Uni-roller and spray application systems for the metal forming industry. These systems apply a very uniform amount of fluid to the top and bottom of coil stock reducing usage 50% to 90% compared to other application methods. |
